FEATURED PRODUCT TECHNOLOGY

FOUNDATION
Our XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) foam, FOUNDATION, provides durable biomechanical support. This ultra-light, closed-cell foam resists moisture and helps reduce shock while offering advanced comfort. FOUNDATION’s resilience and strength optimizes the performance of our Yellow Trim-to-Fit™ Premium Insoles.

Agion®
We treat the top covers of all our Trim-to-Fit Premium Insoles with Agion antimicrobial technology. Agion's natural, silver-based antimicrobial is built right into our products to provide long-lasting protection against bacteria. Agion adds continuous cleanliness to our Premium Insoles - creating a clean, comfortable combination.

Encapsulating Stabilizer System [ESS]®
Superfeet Yellow features a unique stabilizer cap for optimal underfoot support. When integrated with the shape and design of the foam full length, this combination creates a deep heel cup to cradle the heel’s fat pad for improved natural shock absorption. This system provides comfort and necessary stability for different activities, footwear and foot types.

Heel-to-ToeProfile
Angled stabilizer cap provides constant contact with the outsole for ultimate control and energy transfer. The heel-to-toe profile contours the foot and improves the fit, comfort and performance of any skate or footwear with a raised heel.

Diamond Venting
Venting holes through the foam full length line up with perforated outsoles to stimulate air circulation and control moisture. A strategically centered design ensures that the foam retains its integrity in the forefoot, preserving the overall full length structure.

Wide Forefoot
Wide forefoot accommodates newer skate and road cycling shoe designs, offering better underfoot coverage.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I do if the insoles increase my foot and shoe odor?
Clean the insoles on a regular basis (twice a week). Remove the insoles from the shoes every night to let the shoes and insoles air out. Do not wear the same pair of shoes, three days in a row. Try different brands of socks or nylons. Apply a teaspoon of baby powder under the insole in the shoe and one on top of the insole in the shoe. Apply some scented hand or body lotion to your feet. Try soaking your feet in warm water and Epsom salts for about 20 minutes once or twice a week.
What is the difference between the Yellow and the Black?

The Superfeet Yellow insole is designed to fit the exact heel-to-toe profile of a hockey or figure skate, with a one and a half inch ramped heel. This makes it an excellent fit in road cycling shoes as well. The Superfeet Black insole is designed to sit flat with no heel elevation.

Which insoles work best for Cycling shoes?
Which insole is best depends upon the type of cycling shoe it is going into. Commuter shoes and Mountain Biking shoes are usually pretty tight fitting, so the Blue or Black is a popular choice. We also offer the Yellow for road biking shoes ( with an elevated heel ) which has a special feature designed into it. It has a "ramp" that slopes down from the heel to the forefoot and is designed for those kinds of shoes (you can usually tell by resting your hand on the inside to feel if the shoe has an inner slope).
Why are the Yellow insoles recommended for skates and cycle shoes?
The cycling shoe profile has a raised heel and ramp angle down to the toe. This is true in road cycling shoes as well as ice skates.
Why are the Yellow insoles so much narrower than the Black, Blue, and Green?
The Yellow insoles are designed to fit the inside volume and profile of hockey and figure skates. Skates are very narrow in the heel and mid-foot section, therefore that plastic cap of the Yellow product is designed to fit into it.
