Without Support

The weighted foot can collapse mid-turn, which creates excess motion inside the boot. Edge control is reduced, resulting in ankle pain and "toe bang". To compensate, boots are over-tightened, causing decreased blood circulation and cold feet.

With Superfeet Insoles

Feet are supported, stabilized and properly aligned. Increased edge pressure provides better control and balance. Comfort, fit and warmth are dramatically improved.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to get Custom Kork insoles made?
Depending on the foot and the boot model, on average about an hour.
What is the difference between the Kork and the Kork-Vac?
Superfeet Kork is a little thicker in volume and will take up more room in the boot. The Kork full-length top sheet is molded from a 3/16" thick sheet of Kork. This makes the product a little denser and offers a little more support. The Kork-Vac full-length top sheet is molded from 3/16" foam. Because we've chosen to use foam full-length it takes up less room in the boot and offers a softer ride.
Can I wear this in my athletic shoe?
In some situations the Custom Kork Vac may be used in an athletic shoe. It really depends on the foot and the shoe volume. However, to do this it will require some additional grinding and fitting to properly work. It would be wise to ask the technician if they have experience with this type of application.
