Q: At what heel height should I use Superfeet for flats versus Superfeet for high heels?
A: You can wear the Women's 3/4 Easy Fit dress product up to 1 1/2" heel. The high heel product can be worn from 1 1/2" up to 3" in heel height.
Q: Can I wear this in my High Heel strapless, or sling back sandals?

Yes, you can use Velcro dots under the heel on the bottom of the product to help hold it in place.
Place the hook portion of the dot in the shoe and the loop portion of the dot on the bottom of the 3/4 Easy Fit device. If you purchase a number of Velcro dots you can set up your shoes to accommodate the same pair of Superfeet. However you may find it easier and more economical to buy multiple pairs of Superfeet for your different shoes.
You can also use double-sided tape in the heel portion of the product on the bottom. If you choose to use the double-sided tape, Superfeet recommends you buy more than one pair of 3/4 Easy Fit. The double-sided tape will generally only last for one application.
Q: How can I keep them from sliding down in my shoe when I take it off?
A: You can use Velcro dots on the bottom of the product to hold them in place or use double-sided tape on the bottom of the product in the heel area to anchor them into the shoe.
Q: Will these damage my shoes?
A: With appropriate use this will not damage the shoe. With tight fitting dress style shoes and high heels it is more likely the shoe will damage the foot.
