A Superfeet Story
After 25+ years of hard skiing, climbing, waterskiing, backpacking, sports, etc my body (and knees in particular) are pretty beat up. Now in my mid-50's, it had gotten to the point that walking very far or hiking was painful at the least and pragmatically not doable. A year or so ago a friend recommended SuperFeet, and I've never looked back! I can't claim they've healed my arthritic knees, but together with a holistic approach to things (diet, exercise, supplements, pain management) I'm back to walking 2.75 miles a day and hope to get back into (ultralight) backpacking this summer.
