This 10K training plan is for intermediate runners with the assumption that you currently run a minimum of 20 miles per week, and that you have already run at least one 5K or longer race. The goal of this plan is to show you how to train for a 10K race and help you improve upon your previous performance(s) by completing a structured 12 week training program.
