Superfeet Journey

Superfeet insoles are helped along their journey from your shopping cart to your shoes by a happy group of hard-working people (we affectionately refer to ourselves as Superfeeters).

We are proud to be a 100% employee-owned company — all of us committed to making a positive difference in people’s lives, including yours. In celebration of National Employees Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) Month, meet some of the incredible Superfeeters helping bring comfort and support to your feet.

SUPERFEET: WHAT IS YOUR ROLE AT SUPERFEET? WHAT'S THE BEST PART ABOUT IT?

CHRISTIAN:
I'm an Industrial Designer. My favorite part of my role is I’m able to solve problems and be creative while doing so. I took what I liked to do as a kid, and made it my career.

SUPERFEET: WHAT ARE SOME THINGS YOU LOVE ABOUT WORKING FOR A COMPANY LIKE SUPERFEET?

CHRISTIAN:
I can gave back to causes I care about. Every employee LITERALLY can decide where our 1% Giving goes.

SUPERFEET: TELL US MORE ABOUT YOU.

CHRISTIAN:
I’m an unapologetically goofy guy who enjoys biking, hiking, doodling and trying new things. How hard is flying?

SUPERFEET: WHAT ARE SOME THINGS YOU LOVE ABOUT WORKING FOR A COMPANY LIKE SUPERFEET?

OLIVIA:
There are endless answers here, but first I would have to say my fellow employee owners. I have never been a part of a company where instantly your coworkers become your friends. Next would be the products! Lastly, I love the travel opportunities I have been given working for Superfeet.

SUPERFEET: TELL US MORE ABOUT YOU.

OLIVIA:
I am a free-spirited soul trying to wander the world & pet every single dog I see along the way. I am obsessed with my two nieces, my entire family, and am lucky to have the coolest friends in the friendship game.

Meet Devon from Customer Care

SUPERFEET: WHAT IS YOUR ROLE AT SUPERFEET? WHAT'S THE BEST PART ABOUT IT?

DEVON:
I am a Customer Care Representative for Superfeet. I love being able to chat with people from so many different walks of life, but more specifically I love when we get a customer that calls or emails in with a story of their success from Superfeet. So many times, people just need a little bit of relief and don’t know where else to turn. The joy I’ve seen something as simple as an insole bring has be amazing.

SUPERFEET: WHAT ARE SOME THINGS YOU LOVE ABOUT WORKING FOR A COMPANY LIKE SUPERFEET?

I love spending time with my family (wife, 9 and 8-year-old sons, and almost 1-year old daughter). If I’m not with them shooting hoops in the driveway or riding bikes around Birch Bay, you can catch me coaching youth sports teams from the elementary to high school level or watching a good documentary

SUPERFEET: WHAT ARE SOME THINGS YOU LOVE ABOUT WORKING FOR A COMPANY LIKE SUPERFEET?

I love how much this company really cares for the employees. During the pandemic we all felt some uncertainty and our senior leadership did everything they could to take care of us, while other companies were struggling to stay in business. I also love being an employee-owner! From talking to other people in various industries and companies, I know how special it is to be a part of a company that offers an ESOP for employees to be a part of.

SUPERFEET: TELL US MORE ABOUT YOU.

KYLE:
I'm proud to have worked for Superfeet for almost 14 years! I spent the first part of my career working in Operations in the Shipping department. My spouse and I are in the process of adopting a 2 year boy we have been fostering for more than a year. I can't wait to introduce him to the rest of the Superfeet family.

NICOLE:
My fellow employee owners! I've worked at Superfeet for five years and getting to know each of my fellow employee owners has been a highlight. At Superfeet we are always looking for ways to make things better: products, processes, interactions and ways for each of us to grow as people. The consistent investment in making Superfeet a better place from the inside is extremely rewarding and challenging.

SUPERFEET: TELL US MORE ABOUT YOU.

NICOLE:
I am a proud mom of two teenagers. I love to read, snowboard with my husband and kiddos, workout, hike with our dog Libby and enjoy the outdoors. I'm a transplant from New York. I've lived in Washington for almost 25 years and as of August my NY family is in Bellingham too!

ABOUT ESOP

An Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is an employee-owned program that provides a company’s workforce with an ownership interest in the company. In an ESOP, companies provide their employees with stock ownership, often at no up-front cost to the employees.
