5K Running Training Plan for Intermediate Runners

This 5k training plan is for intermediate runners with the assumption that you currently run a minimum of 20 miles per week, and that you have already run at least one 5K race. The goal of this plan is to improve upon your previous performance(s) by completing a structured 10 week intermediate 5k training plan.
