"These are not the cushy insoles you are looking for. They are shaped to reinforce your arches so that your anatomy lines up from the feet up. Despite having collapsing arches, these have been great at keeping my legs aligned. I wear them with my combat boots and they've lasted 12 years. I can easily do pistol squats with them! I recommend anybody with stability issues to get a pair. I do recommend having ways to strengthen your arches so you don't rely on these insoles."
