What are the benefits of Superfeet insoles?

How do I trim my new insoles to fit my shoes?

Full-length Superfeet insoles are supposed to be trimmed to fit in your shoes. If your insoles are too long:

Trim them with household scissors.
Leave a 1-2mm gap between the insole and the shoe's end.

How should I clean my Superfeet insoles?

It’s a good idea to clean your Superfeet insoles occasionally.

Handwash: Use mild soap and warm water.
Brush: Use a soft-bristle toothbrush if needed.
Rinse: Rinse well, remove excess water with a soft towel.
Air Dry: Allow to air dry, but avoid heat sources.
DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY: The results aren’t pretty. Your insole will be damaged and its effectiveness will be compromised.

I wear boots with waterproof liners, like GORE-TEX®. Can I still wear Superfeet?

Yes, but be particular about the style of Superfeet insole you choose. Avoid using our All-Purpose Support Low Arch, Run Support Low Arch, and All-Purpose Memory Foam Support insoles as features on the bottom of these insoles can damage waterproof liners. Our hiking-specific Hike Cushion, Hike Support, and Hike Women's Support insoles are a good choice. Note: over time, most insoles will conform to the heel of your footwear and can cause wear through the lining. Superfeet offers no guarantee against the side effects of the insole wearing through waterproof liner.
