I LOVE the Green Wide! I bought the berry from a local store because I worked on my feet all day, and my feet were wearing me out. I tried the berry and the green and loved the support of the green, but I have VERY wide feet for a woman, and the green cut into my heels just trying them on, and I knew they would have left blisters, so I "settled" for the Berry(still a great choice...made an 8hr shift on my feet feel like only a couple hrs). One day I was shopping around online and noticed there was a Green Wide! I bought them immediately. These are by far the best things you could do for your feet/back/posture! I've worn these in classic Vans, non slip work shoes, New Balance walking boots, and they work amazingly well in all of them.

I'm using a pair of Superfeet Wide Green insoles for my New Balance #928 (4E width) walking shoes, and mostly, they seem to be fairly comfortable, but what is irritating is the area of the stabilizer cap that fans out (section that is cut with 4 slots), causing pain in the outer part of the foot. I cut the fanned out portion which makes the insole more comfortable. The stabilizer cap is too long and I feel the ridge near the ball of the toes. I also wish that the arch support section was a bit higher, as I have a high instep. If the stabilizer cap was even made full length, it might even be more comfortable. Finding a really good insole is very difficult, and custom orthotics are far too expensive.

I was suffering badly with plantar fasciitis, and took a chance that these might help. I bought the green wide about 9 years ago. They took a week or so to get used to, and since them, I NEVER go without them. It took a while after I started wearing them for the problem to start to subside, but I no longer have problems with my feet. I would say it took about a year for the plantar fasciitis to totally resolve. Anything that involves tendons takes forever to heal. BTW, stretching your hamstrings helps as well. I love Superfeet. As I said, I never go without them. I even buy them for my children.

i used to have problems with my back like alot, then i tryed super feet! after going to the chiropractor a couple times and trying all the other gel filled this and orthodonic that, i moved in with my cousin and he put the bug in my ear. yeah they might have hurt my feet at first, being flat footed on my right side i was expecting that, but after about a week my back was feeling better and felt like i was standing up much straighter! now its been 3 + years and i'll never have another pair of shoes or work boots without SUPERFEET!

Superfeet Footwear Sizing Guide

There is no industry standard for footwear sizes. For example, a size 8 by one footwear manufacturer might be different from a size 8 produced by another. That's why Superfeet makes full-length insoles in size ranges (typically spanning 1½ sizes) to handle the variations. You may need to trim your insoles to fit in your footwear.

What to look for in a proper fit:

  • Check if your heel fits inside the heel cup, and not over the edge.
  • If the insole is too narrow, go up a letter-size.
  • If your toes extend beyond the end of the foam forefoot, go up a letter-size.
