"These insoles are comfortable and provide good support for my low arches. The heel is a bit narrow, not uncomfortable, but if you have wide heels, you may notice the edge of the insole under your foot. Once you get past that, they’re very comfortable overall. I would recommend them, especially for anyone with low arches who doesn’t need extra width in the heel."
"I’ve had my Patagonia slip on boots since at least 2011 or so when I took my first European trip to Ireland. I just got back from Switzerland and Italy and put these insoles in them and they were revived! They have plenty of sole and life in them and I absolutely love that I get to keep them and continue to travel with the best boot ever thanks to these insoles."
"These are the only insoles that work for me. I am still recovering from Achilles Tendon. In the past I’ve tried several heel cups like Tuli or insoles but nothing alleviated it. I went on many trips where I walked more than 1 mile. In avg, 3-6 miles a day. Usually I give up after the first mile. But this helps me stand in line at 4 hours at a theme park and even walk continuously for 30 mins no pain. I only feel irritation after 5 miles."

"If you’re on your feet all day, steer clear of these all purpose memory foam insoles. As someone who relies on quality foot care to get through long shifts, I found these to be a painful disaster. The design is fundamentally flawed; my heels balanced awkwardly on the outer edge of the heel cup, making every step feel like a dagger to the bone. I couldn't last more than two hours before the pain forced me to head home and change shoes. To make matters worse, customer service was less than helpful. Instead of offering a solution, they essentially told me to pound sand. Avoid at all costs."
