Had "Hunter" rubber boots for the farm because the are tall and fit snug around the calf, good for wet Oregon weather, but I couldn't wear them very long and had to put on much heavier hiking boots. Now, with the green insoles I can work in the orchard all day, muck out stalls, walk the dogs through the woods and still feel great. No fatique, better stability, just comfortable all day. I've since changed out my insoles in my bogs, my Merrill's, and even my Keens. Thank you!

I have plantar fasciitis and heel spurs, along with high arches and supination of my feet, so my dr recommended these insoles. They are the best thing that has happen for me. I'm feet feel so much better after working all day! YAY!! Getting ready to buy more.

Get the right basic width and every boot/shoe becomes custom fit. Different and better than a custom orthotic for me. Back and hip pain reduced in a weekend. Love them:)

Love these very much. My wife bought them for me thinking they would help, and did they ever! My feet are very flat so it took a little time to adjust to them, but my feet are no longer aching as bad as they once were.

Best insoles. These were prescribed to my by my podiatrist when I had Post Tibular Tendinitis. These are better than the $400 fancy computer generated insoles I had. I have one set in each pair of shoes/sneakers/boots. No pain when walking or standing.

My podiatrist told me to get a pair of SuperFeet insoles to replace the expensive memory foam inserts I'd been buying for years.
When I first saw the Doc, I could barely walk from PF, but between a cortisone shot and a pair of Green insoles, it was magical! I was hesitant at first because the Doc said that they were hard and might feel quite uncomfortable for awhile, but I tried them anyway and I'm a true believer now! If you are or if you know anyone who is in SERIOUS foot pain, have them get Greens!
Now that my SF has come out with all kinds of different products, I'm excited to finally be able to buy non-tennis shoes! THANK YOU SUPERFEET!

I was as skeptical as can be when I read by several others that these were the best inserts and even replaced custom inserts. But I have to say, I couldn't have been more wrong. I have really flat feet, and my whole life I have suffered from back pain, shin-splits, and even foot pain. I always loved the idea of running several miles but could never physically do it because of the mentioned factors above. To make matters worse I injured my back quite severely, 2 bulging vertebrae and the bad news of being limited for a while.

So, after some recovery and down time, I bought these inserts about 3 weeks ago and all I can say is wow!! I won't claim that they miraculously got rid of my pain, but I can say that it is MUCH better! The best it has probably been in years. I will say, having such flat feet, it did take a good couple weeks for my feet to get used to the inserts. My feet did feel sore (not hurt) but sore especially the first week. But now I am running 5+ miles a day, back at the gym, and when I walk I don't feel the same pinching feeling/pain in my back that I had before I bought these inserts. Just something about how they provide support to my non-existent arch helps alleviate the back pain, as well as the shin-splits. I can only say good things so far. I am going on a long hiking vacation to Iceland in a few weeks, and I am planning on taking these with me, and I am confident I'll have little back pain because of these things. Hands down some of the best $45 bucks I've ever spent. Thanks superfeet... I call em' my greenies!

I have planter faciatas and have been wearing some inserts made through my mayo clinic doctor. They only lasted 8 months and cost $400 each time.
I just made the switch to green super feet and have had great results. It took about 3 weeks to get my feet to adjust, but they finally feel good.
These are only $44.00 per pair, so I am sticking with them.
Thank you super feet.

I have planter facetious and have struggled with my feet from a young age. I spent $250 on a pair of customer arch supports from the foot doctor. They fell apart after a few months. I purchased a sturdy pair of hard leather Nike tennis shoes and the Superfeet Green insoles. I spend all day on my feet, I walk 3-5 miles every-other day as part of my exercise routine. My feet do not hurt! I've had my Superset insoles for 11 months and I am just now purchasing my second pair. They last!! If I go even part of a day without my insoles my feet are in pain.

I wasn't expecting much from this product when I started experiencing knee pain due to over pronation of my feet; considering I've tried almost every over the counter insert on the market with no luck. Putting these on for an hour literally cleared my knee pain up!

A lot of people reviewing this product are runners, I was training for powerlifting when I got side lined with knee pain and the other insert I was using just stopped working for me. The Green superfeet prevent my arch from collapsing when walking and at the bottom portion of my squat and I can now return to my lifts with no pain :D

Walking 18 holes of golf was hard on my feet. With a high instep I regularly wore arch bands, but they were not enough to keep my feet from aching. Tried numerous expensive insoles including those purchased through my chiropractor's office, they helped but my feet would be burning at the end of the round and I could not walk the golf course two days in a row - until I found green superfeet. I am virtually pain free after a round of golf. Just ordered my second pair online. Did not realize it is better to be fitted, but I must have gotten lucky and just ordered within my shoe size.

I used the green's in my combat boots for the last 10 years of my career and they were so much better than anything I had tried before. 15 mile road marches with heavy loads on my back, parachuting, etc. If you wear combat boots for a living, you have to try these! I still use various Superfeet in all my footwear.

I started wearing this insole about a year ago and it one of the best things to happen to my feet, ankles, knees, hips and spine. I had extremely expensive custom Orthotics but these are 100x better.

THESE ARE THE MAGIC CURE FOR SHIN SPLINTS. After suffering from shin splints for over a year, a doctor recommended these and after only one week, the pain is 90% gone. Super comfortable and run a bit big but otherwise greatest invention ever. So thankful.

Based on the recommendation from my podiatrist friend, I bought these for my Europe trip, in anticipation of much walking and sightseeing. I walked an average of 15 miles per day, over the course of the week-long trip, and my feet did not complain once. I most definitely recommend these as an alternative for having to bring multiple comfortable shoes for trips where much walking is involved, as I was able to take the insoles out and put them in my other shoes whether or not they were made for walking...

I am a hair stylist. and 4 years ago I was diagnosed with plater fasciitis (very painful:(
I got referred to a podiatrist and he recommend I buy superfeet green I went to the store the same day and purchased these. I was pain free with in a week..and have been pain free every sense. I do not go without my superfeet and I recommend them often:)

I have been using the green for about two years. I had a foot injury and my chiropractor gave me a pair of the green Superfeet. Lets just say my foot injury healed faster with the Superfeet in my shoes then what the doctor was doing. My knee pain went away. I found myself more stable on my feet and feeling a little taller. I started running and my knees do not hurt like they use to. I sometimes forget I have them in my shoes. That is how comfortable they are.

After experiencing progressive hip pain on both sides, I went to a physical therapist for an evaluation. She felt I pronated my foot (walked to the inner aspect of the foot) and thus I was overusing my hip muscles to try to keep my leg straight while walking. I bought the Superfeet green (as recommended) right away but did not expect too much. Much to my amazement, within 2 minutes of walking with the inserts in, the pain in my hip went away! I did need to get used to the insoles (the bottom of my feet ached within 3 hours the first night and after 6 hours on the second night, but today I am tolerating the insoles well). I still cannot believe this is all it took to get rid of the progressive achiness of my hips. I would have thought the insoles would have to be more individualized but not so in my case. I have been recommending it to friends who also may benefit from these amazing insoles.

These have made a world of difference in how my feet feel. Can't say enough good things about them. Bunions and a neuroma have been painful but superfeet saved the day.

Mrs. Chef

I've had knee pain and sprained ankles for some time, due to professional sports. The pain went, but so did my exercise. I bought these and now I'm running three times a week again!

Forward rugby player who's feet take an intense pounding. Wear through the insoles of cleats in no time and the game becomes excruciating to play as I cannot run or hit or move without pain due to the pressure of the cleats. These things instantly fix that and allow me to push harder without being in agony. Will forever be in my cleats.

They are great! It is best to purchase through a store the 1st time around so that you get the EXACT fit to your arch. I've worked in orthotic shoes m entire career & it is not only important to have a great support shoe with little flexibility, but the arch fit is extremely important. I was fitted for Superfeet green at an REI store; had I not done that, ordering online by my shoe size would've yielded me an insole off about 3-4mm. I accidentally ordered my second pair by my shoe size & had I not fitted them perfectly previously, I would've used the new ones since they are "better" than the insoles that come in your sneakers. So if you haven't ever fitted them somewhere that has all the options -- find a retail location -- just 2 mm adjustment is a big thing! (my shoe size is 7.5...I use Green E: for 10.5-12). You have to walk on your feet the rest of your life -- take care of them!

Also ordered the black deluxe partial length insole for heels - amazing! Never knew it was possible to have an arch support in high heels!

I use these in my La Sportiva hiking boots for long day hikes here in the Blue Ridge Mountains, it's amazing how much better these are than the insole provided by a high-end italian hiking boot manufacturer! I love that I can easily remove them and use them in other shoes if needed

I usually power walks a minimum of 3 miles a day. After a fall I have been having ankle pain and went to an orthopedist who recommended the green insoles. I found these green insoles very painful to my feet. It felt like I was walking with a stick in my shoe. It very much hurt my feet where the heel meets the outside of the foot. I darkly thought that "yes, they would cure my ankle pain because I would not be walking at all".

I bought the black insoles. I love the black and they have helped my ankle.

Last year i was running 25/35 miles per week. Fast forward to december i was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. Went to the podiatrist, performed stretch exercises daily, tried semi-custom inserts (hated them), tried cheap inserts, tried doubling up on cheap inserts (this worked somewhat - still had pain on a daily basis). I went from 25/35 miles a week to 5 miles a week and suffered for months, nothing seemed to help and i had a half marathon in May that was just looming over me.

Early May i came across a very impressive article about super feet. With my half marathon fast approaching i was desperate to try anything so i ordered the green. Arrived 2 days after ordering, inserted them in my sneakers and WOW! i honestly felt 100 times better. Went out for a short run and it was PAIN FREE. Kicked my 3 weeks of training into high gear. I ran my half marathon on May 31st and finished only 2 minutes slower than my previous half. I'll never run without my green's again! I LOVE THEM! Thanks super feet!

Amazing insert, I bought them for my ski boots after being advised to by 3 people. Can`t say enough... I found about 50% more control in DH skiing. I also use this same insert for DH mountain biking in my 5 tens and they have given me greater balance, less flex when pedalling and more over comfort.

I also have zero rise shoes and just started swapping in the same Green insert instead of the one they come with and have nothing but great things to say.

Really can`t say enough, if you can`t find them on sale anywhere just get them I`ve havee the same insert for over 4 years and swap it to whatever shoe or Ski boot I am using so I`ve got my monies worth... They will last no worries :]

Just started using them in my sneakers last week feels great....

I am a runner logging 25-35 miles per week. Picked up a pair of greens after being diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis and struggling with heel pain for 6-9 months. Added these to a new shoe: Mizuno Wave Inspire and have been pain free. Just bought my second pair though it seems I've not made much a dent in the foam (after 2 years!). I tried using Powersteps in my running shoes and they just could keep up with the demand. I'd highly recommend these!

Size 14 and 300 lbs. I move around the warehouse a lot and do lots of trail hiking. I even use them in my house slippers (go ahead, make fun of my house slippers). This insole has provided exceptional support for me, and at a great price. I'm on the same pair now for 3 years.

My only negative experience is that I want this insole in every form of footwear I own but can't find another pair that fits. So I move one pair around. I like them that much.

Happy Feet

I bought my first pair of greens about 4 years ago when my feet and back were bothering me after wearing my hikers all day. At first I thought they were a bit pricey for insoles, but after the almost instant relief I'd have to say they are priceless. Every time I get a new pair of boots, I also get a new pair of greens. These are the best investment you'll ever make for sore tired feet. Too many shoe manufacturers don't provide enough arch support in their products for my high arches, but these are a perfect fit.

Wow what a difference! I have tried multiple insoles. I thought they were working, then the pain returned. I put the greens on and at first; they felt okay, nothing to get excited about.

The following day, I rolled out of bed and no pain. I could not be any happier. I still am looking to elicit the pain. This product works. Make sure you size them right. I have researched orthotics and am glad I didn't pay for them.

I started wearing these in 1997. As an avid climber and backpacker I have always paid great attention to the health and comfort of my feet. Superfeet has made that easy. I simply do not buy shoes that don't work with my Superfeet. Now that I am 40 I am proud to say my feet are still callus and pain free. I highly recommend giving these a try.

I use Superfeet in ALL OF MY SHOES! I can't bare to have any of my shoes or even my SKI BOOTS without the green Superfeet in them. I have used them for probably 10 years now, and my feet are always SO comfortable and never hurt. The few times I have been in shoes that do not have them, my arches ache and I get pain radiating all the way up my legs. With the green Superfeet, I have NO issues at all! I will continue to be a valuable consumer, I think I must be on my 15th+++ pair of these :) LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!

I am a diabetic (Type 1). I hobbled in excruciating pain around for what seemed like 4 - 6 months for what I suspected was signs of my demise due to diabetes; sadly I am mid 30's. Nonetheless, after countless visits to a foot doctor during this time, which seemed to be diagnosed with a diff issue each time (and it was - just in another area of the foot), it was learned I had high arches. Of course, a foot doctor would like to create custom insoles eventually. Before the custom insoles were ordered, I was on Amazon.com and ran across these insoles by accident and thought I'd give these a try. I tried the green ones as they were the cheaper ones - and who really cares what color the inside of your shoes are, right? WOW!!! Just WOW!!! I have not hobbled in over 6 months now, thanks to SuperFeet!! I have ordered a pair for every pair of shoes I have (Rockports, Nikes, Dockers, etc) and will continue to do so just to avoid going back to the pain that once seemed to "move" around on one or the other of my feet every several days. I know this sounds like a sales pitch, but I will assure you - I am a real consumer and will continue to keep these guys in business. My only issue now is I wish I could get a bulk discount on these things as I have just ordered my 5th pair. Thank you Superfeet!!!

Theres only one word for these. AMAZING!!I bought $750 dynafit ski boots. The pain in my heels was insane. I picked up sone greens and bang. Pain is no longer an issue. What a great product you guys offer!

Thanks so much superfeet. I have happy feet now.

I have a pair of the green Superfeet. I was given these almost 8 years ago and still use them everyday. The inside of the plastic part of the heel cup has only a small crack in it. Not too bad for almost 8 years of use. How do my feet feel? That's a funny question because I never think of them. They never hurt or are sore and I'm pretty sure this is due to the green Superfeet I got back in early 2006. I'd attach a picture of them if I could. :)

I've backpacked over 250 miles comfortably on these Superfeet Green insoles. Snowboarded over 100 days with them, and currently hit the gym with them. After 3 years of use and abuse including melting them by the fire while snow camping, they're still odor free and in great condition. I would replace them if needed, but at this point, I'm beyond happy with them. I used to get pain in my arch during strenuous uphill backpacking hikes and 50+ pounds on my back. These eliminated that instantly due to the deep supportive heel cup and the extra stiffness the plastic cup adds. My knee pains disappeared as well, and I feel like I 'm less likely to roll my ankle even though it still happens now and then. After I accidentally melted them by the fire, I thought they were done. Brought them home, tossed them in the dryer on HIGH, and quickly removed and put them into my trail runners and laced them up. Form fitted once again, I was good to go. My dad loves his Copper insoles, and my brother will be receiving some greens for Xmas.

I am a male, 55 years old, 6'3", 210lbs. I am basically pain free, and never had foot pain. I recently went to Europe for 6 weeks and was walking 5-10 miles per day in comfortable running shoes. After several weeks, my heels started hurting when I stood up. The pain increased. I felt crippled. After returning from Europe, my walking was reduced to my normal routine, and the heel pain was not reduced. I researched and bought a pair of Superfeet Green. The heel pain immediately went away. In my opinion, Superfeet green insoles are a miracle cure.

I am an avid runner, fitness enthusiast, and aspiring yogi, and nurse, so am am on my feet most of the day, every day. These are by far the best inserts I have ever found. 7 years ago I discovered the perfect combo and i haven't changed since: asics gt21(and whatever the current model is) with superfeet green insoles. This combo has allowed me to log hundreds of miles virtually pain free. I was intitially skeptical because they feel hard and don't look supportive. A "Fleetfeet" team-member up in Sacramento watched me run and immediately recommended these insoles. Apparently I suffered from high arches and what I needed was extra SUPPORT, not extra cushion. I took a leap of faith over 7 years ago and i am so grateful, which is why I'm posting the review :) Wishing you all a happy and healthy life.

I first used Super Feet in my ski boots. They were fitted and sold to my husband and I at one of the ski shops in Mammoth Lakes, California. Once, I developed plantar fasciites so I dug them out of my ski boots and they absolutely worked wonders! As a nurse, I keep multiple pairs of athletic shoes to rotate from day to day and each pair has it's own set of green Super Feet. They last forever and the oldest ones are still 'fresh', not smelly. I've never had any kind of problem with fasciites since. They're the only insoles I use.

I tried all the different supports from retail stores and they are just a waste of money. I have also had custom inserts made thru the VA Hospital that ended up being worse then the store bought brands, then I decided to give super feet inserts a try and was blown away at how they helped me with the pain I was suffering with from heel spurs. They also last a lot longer then the other brands and I wear them every day in my work boots, I work in the security industry so I am on my feet and walking for 8 to 12 hours a day 6 days a week.

(Posted on 9/26/2013)

I have owned many orthotics over the years, from cheap brands to custom made, and these are by far the best I've owned. I will never own anything else for inserts.

(Posted on 9/17/2013)

The kindly folks at Fleet Feet (a Midwestern running shop) fitted me for Superfeet Green. I've been wearing them since!

I've had 6 surgeries on my feet and I was born with high arches that by middleage and after 27 years of running recreationally without proper support, have fallen. If you know that you have high arches, don't play around with the inserts you can buy at major department stores. Superfeet Green are fantastic!

Note: I've used full-foot (they make partial foot versions) and only Greens.

Superfeet Footwear Sizing Guide

There is no industry standard for footwear sizes. For example, a size 8 by one footwear manufacturer might be different from a size 8 produced by another. That's why Superfeet makes full-length insoles in size ranges (typically spanning 1½ sizes) to handle the variations. You may need to trim your insoles to fit in your footwear.

What to look for in a proper fit:

  • Check if your heel fits inside the heel cup, and not over the edge.
  • If the insole is too narrow, go up a letter-size.
  • If your toes extend beyond the end of the foam forefoot, go up a letter-size.
