Superfeet Referral Terms and Conditions

The Superfeet Referral Program offers users the opportunity to receive referral discounts on future Superfeet purchases by referring new customers to Superfeet. By participating in the Superfeet Referral Program, users agree to abide by these Referral Terms and Conditions and our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Referral Program: To participate, referrers ("Referrers") can visit www.Superfeet.com/refer to register and refer friends, family members or colleagues who have never made a purchase from Superfeet by following one of two methods: (1) complete the online instructions to enter the email address of a friend you wish to refer and an email will be sent to the friend by Superfeet containing your unique referral link ("Referral Link"); or (2) copying the Referral Link and sending it to friend(s) by text, social media or your personal email account (a "Referral").
Each new customer you refer who registers for the Superfeet Referral Program using your Referral Link will receive a promo code redeemable for a one-time 15% discount off their first Superfeet purchase (a "Referral Discount Code"). For each Qualifying Purchase (as defined below) made using the Referral Discount Code, you'll also receive a promo code redeemable for a one-time 15% discount off your next Superfeet purchase (a "Referral Discount").
A "Qualifying Purchase" means a purchase made by a referred new customer using the Referral Discount Code that is not returned or cancelled within thirty (30) days of purchase. If a referred new customer makes a purchase using any other link or method, or returns all items purchased during the thirty (30) day period following the purchase date, the purchase will not count as a Qualifying Purchase and you will not earn a Referral Discount. Only one Referral Discount can be earned for each referred new customer. Any additional or subsequent purchases made by a referred new customer will not count as a Qualifying Purchase and you will not earn a Referral Discount for those purchases. In addition, only one Referral Discount Code may be redeemed by a referred new customer. Therefore, if multiple Referrers have referred the same friend, only one Referrer will be entitled to receive a Referral Discount and the friend will be eligible to redeem only one Referral Discount Code. The Referral Discount will be earned by the Referrer whose Referral Link was made to generate the Referral Discount Code that was redeemed in connection with a Qualifying Purchase. All other Referrals will automatically be invalidated. Referrers may refer up to ten referred new customers.
Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the Superfeet Referral Program, Referrers must be at least 18 years old. Each referred friend must be new to Superfeet (can't already have an active or inactive Superfeet account), at least 18 years old, must register for the Superfeet Referral Program using the Referral Link, and make a Qualifying Purchase using the Referral Discount Code.
Referral Discounts: Referral Discounts may not be (i) combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions; (ii) sold or transferred; (iii) redeemed for cash; or (iv) or applied toward previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards. For Referrers, only one Referral Discount may be used per order. For example, if a Referrer has referred three friends who have each made a Qualifying Purchase, the Referrer will be eligible for three Referral Discounts, but only one may be used per order.
All Referral Discount Codes and Referral Discounts are subject to verification. We reserve the right to delay issuance of a Referral Discount Code or Referral Discount for the purposes of investigation and confirmation of validity. We may also refuse to verify and process any transaction we deem, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these terms and conditions, or that we believe may impose potential liability on Superfeet, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents
Additional Terms, Conditions, Exclusions, and Restrictions: Additional terms, conditions, exclusions, and restrictions may apply to Referral Discounts or your use of Referral Discount Codes and Referral Discounts, and Referral Discount Codes and Referral Discounts may expire if not used by the date specified in the Referral Discount, if a date is specified. Only individuals may participate in the Superfeet Referral Program. Referral Discount Codes and Referral Discounts accumulated under the Superfeet Referral Program have no monetary or cash value and are for individual use only. Referral Discounts may not be credited to any group, company, or other entity. Referral Discount Codes and Referral Discounts and your account under the Superfeet Referral Program are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends, or others. We reserve the right (in our sole discretion) to disallow Referral Discount Codes and Referral Discounts that were issued in error or that were not earned legitimately. We reserve the right to modify, limit, terminate, discontinue, or cancel the Superfeet Referral Program, its benefits and these terms at any time in our sole discretion and without notice to you. We may change the number or type of Referral Discount Codes or Referral Discounts, or cap the number of Referral Discount Codes or Referral Discounts you may earn in any time period. We reserve the right to make certain Referral Discount Codes or Referral Discounts selectively available to certain subscribers at any time based on activity, geographical location, program participation or other factors determined in our sole discretion. The receipt of a Referral Discount Code or Referral Discount does not entitle Superfeet Referral Program participants to any vested right with respect to the Referral Discount Code or Referral Discount or the Superfeet Referral Program. You agree Superfeet will not have any liability for any modification or termination of the Superfeet Referral Program, even if any modification or termination affects your ability to use any Referral Discount Codes or Referral Discounts already issued. Upon termination of the Superfeet Referral Program, your Referral Discount Codes and Referral Discounts will automatically be cancelled and you will not be permitted to redeem those Referral Discount Codes or Referral Discounts. Referral Discounts are void where prohibited by applicable law. We are not responsible for Referral Discount Codes or Referral Discounts lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use of your account. You agree not to engage in fraud or abuse in your use of the Superfeet Referral Program. Any fraud or abuse relating to your accumulation of Referral Discounts or submission of referred new customers may result in the annulment of all Referral Discounts earned under the Superfeet Referral Program as well as cancellation of your account. We reserve the right to monitor all Superfeet Referral Program account activity and terminate your account and/or your participation in the Superfeet Referral Program if we believe (in our sole discretion) that you have violated any terms applicable to the Superfeet Referral Program, provided false or inaccurate information, abused the Superfeet Referral Program, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful or in violation of these terms. Superfeet will have final decision in any disputes over Referral Discount Codes or Referral Discounts, Qualifying Purchases or your participation in the Superfeet Referral Program.
The Superfeet Referral Program is administered on our behalf by Friendbuy, Inc., 9663 Santa Monica Blvd Suite 184, Los Angeles, CA 90210 ("Service Provider").
General: Referrers and friends must comply with Superfeet Terms of Service and the terms and policies of any social media site where a referral link is posted/used. Referral Links are for individual, personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes, which for the avoidance of doubt includes but is not limited to affiliate lead generation and bidding on Superfeet search terms in connection with the Referral Link. Superfeet reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program or to change these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unused Referral Links will be forfeited at that time. By participating in the Referral program you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Superfeet Terms of Service and the Superfeet Privacy Policy. Superfeet reserves the right to revoke any discount otherwise disqualify any Referrer or friend in the event of any suspected fraud or violation of the terms and conditions.
