- Can these be worn with open toed strappy sandals with a heel?
- Hi Lea, We do not recommend wearing our insoles with sandals. You want to make sure the shoes you will be putting them in are closed toed, closed back, and do not have openings around the sides. This could make for a tough time keeping the insoles in place.
- Do you ship to Canada?

- I normally wear a size 9 but wear an 8 in heels. Should I order the C or D?
- Hi Lillian, When it comes to being between two sizes it is most important that your heel fits properly in the heel cup and that you feel the arch shape slightly more towards your heel and not directly underneath the crest of your arch. A visit to one of our retail partners would allow you the ability to test out a demo product and select the insole and size that feels best for you.
- I have a high arch and I’m looking for something to put in my dress shoes with 2 to 3 inch heels. I have a average to narrow rear foot and an average width front foot. Is this the best insert for me? I’m having pain in the ball of my foot and trying to find something to support the arch and area behind the ball of the foot to relieve pain.
- For heel heights over 1" we recommend EVERYDAY High Heel or EASYFIT High Heel. The main difference between the two is EVERYDAY High heel features a carbon fiber reinforced heel cap and will feel stiff/rigid in comparison to EASYFIT High Heel.
