If you purchased from Superfeet, the Chatbot can help you with automated returns with only two pieces of information. It couldn’t be easier! Just click the chat icon at the bottom right corner and ask to make a return. Then select “Return Inquiry’ when prompted. You will need the email address used to place the order and the 9-digit order number.
