Reviews

Great support for my flat feet.

"The newer version of the green superfeet feel softer but have better build quality. They will work great in my hunting boots. Just remember to find the correct size. My feet are flat as pancakes and they allow me to have less foot pain during longer hikes and standing around at work. The item works for pretty much every one who needs the support. I will look at the orange ones too soon. These are a great deal too."

— Brian K. (5/5)

Not for tight fitting shoes, great for higher volume shoes and boots

"The green ones might take a couple wears to get used to them, as they are quite a bit firmer than the flimsy innersoles that typically come with most shoes and boots. Very comfortable, good fit once trimmed correctly (very easy to do with the guides), they do take a bit more space than "regular" ones, so best for higher volume shoes or boots. Excellent quality, i've worn others for years of regular use in work boots."

— Dominique B. (5/5)

Great product - game changer

"These are a fantastic product and have made a huge difference in several pairs of shoes. Not just the immediate comfort that was felt, but throughout the day providing great support. I’m ordering more for more of my footwear. Highly recommended. Appropriate for anyone spending a lot of time on their feet or just looking for more comfort."

— Kevin S. (5/5)

Pretty comfortable

"They are better than the original ones that came with my work shoes, they are pretty stiff and have some arch support, my feet could use a little more arch support though. They fit and function well. I must have very high arches, I think most people would like these insoles."

— Blaine A. (4/5)

Worked great in new boots

"I loved the way they helped and made walking in my new boots so comfortable!"

— Alan V. (5/5)

Necessary to Prevent Plantar Fasciitis

"I have to wear arch support or I get Plantar Fasciitis and these insoles are really comfortable. I will admit, I had to wear them a couple of times before I was used to them but I think that would be true for any insole. Anyway, I have these in all my shoes now!"

— Jill O. (5/5)

Haven’t had them long, but

"Haven’t had them long, but so far I like them. I may buy more because I would like several to prevent having to move from one pair of shoes to another; however I consider them very pricey and that will limit multiple purchases. Maybe you could consider discounts for repeat customers are multi pair discounts."

— David A. (4/5)

All day comfort

"These really made a difference in how my legs felt day to day. I move a lot at work and home so any added support is always welcome. The only down side was trying to get them to fit in a slightly narrower shoe. I can't say that's a problem with Superfeet but just be aware."

— Gavin P. (5/5)

Great insoles!

"I wear them for my 9 hour shifts on my feet all day long! They are great! Keep me moving swiftly throughout the day. Helping with my low back pain for sure! Won’t go without!"

— Noah R. (5/5)

Solid insert that works well

"Solid insert that works well across multiple different shoes. I purchased this before trying their Run Cushion High Arch Support, which I now prefer. The arch support on this one was great, but it felt a little too firm in certain shoes—even though I typically prefer a firmer insert. Overall, a great option for both beginners or experienced insert fans."

Q&A

Hi my son just seen orthopedic doctor and they suggest I get the green arch support for him. His sneakers are a mens 9 but ge has a wide foot, what size should I get for him?: All unisex Superfeet insoles can accommodate up to an EE in width, which is considered wide by most footwear standards. I recommend ordering size "D" (Men's 7.5-9) to see how that fits and feels. Because personal preference should always be the deciding factor, we do recommend checking out a local retailer that carries our products to try out different insoles first. This store locator tool on our website is a great resource to see what's close to you by plugging in your zip code. https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/store-locator/
What size do I take if my boot size is 7D?: Hi Shelley, Superfeet size "C" fits a US Women's 6.5-8. All of our unisex insoles can accommodate up to an EE width, which is considered wide by most footwear standards. Superfeet has a 60-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you decide to try these and they don't end up working out, we would be happy to help with a free return or exchange within 60 days of purchase - even if the insoles have been trimmed and worn!
what sizing is +1: Hi Beverly, Thanks for reaching out! I am not familiar with "+1 size". I have been using Superfeet Green in my hiking boots and dress shoes for years and it has done a great job of preventing PF. I recently bought a pair of ALTRA Men's AL0A546V Solstice XT 2 Cross Training Shoe, Mens size 10 1/2. Should I stick with the Green or do suggest something different? And will the Green fit in the Altras? Thanks: Hi Michael, I can't say for sure if GREEN will fit into those shoes or not, because I am just not familiar enough with that shoe. If you feel comfortable doing so, you could try going to a store that carries our product to test out a demo or two to see what insole feels the best for you and your footwear. Can you recommend insoles for flat feet? I’ll be wearing them in sneakers for walking and hiking books for hiking. Thanks.: Hi Lily, Knowing your feet have a lower arch is a good place to start, but finding a great fit will come down to several factors rather than arch type alone. Personal preference also goes a long way as some people like a low support insole while others like a high support insole, regardless of their arch height. Because of this, there is no "right" answer for which insole works best for a low arch. It all comes down to your own personal comfort. I’d be happy to talk through different options with you.
