A solid go-to for upgrade or replacement

"I use Superfeet - especially the Hike Support, in almost all my shoes and boots anymore. If an insole out of the box is flat or has no structure, I'll replace it immediately. Or if the stock insole is ok, these are always my replacement when they start to flatten out. The arch support is just right for my feet, and I never have an issue fitting them. I've even tried "custom" insoles and these feel just as good or better in most cases."

Great deal

"Love Superfeet. I have been running them for years in my hunting boots and now in my running shoes. No blisters, no hot spots. Super great deal and fast shopping. You won’t be disappointed for the money."

Josh W. (5/5)

No other insole compares to Super Feet.

"Wren, here is a sharper version of your review: I’ve relied on Superfeet for 35 years and won’t use anything else. I’ve logged countless miles without a single issue regarding craftsmanship. I trust them exclusively, utilizing their Hike insoles for three seasons and swapping to the Winter line when the temperature drops. Always go with the best, and forget the rest."

Make your footwear extraordinary.

"Definitely a 10/10 star for these insoles. I’d never bought an insole before until I saw a flash sale for Superfeet on here several months ago and my curiosity and the price leas me to my first pair of these. I’ve since bought the Hike cushion as well. These Hike Supports are a huge upgrade for my hiking boots and they just work perfectly. They are very supportive, cushioned but slightly firm, have a spring feel to them due to the carbon fiber shape, and eliminates impacts on the heel and underfoot. These are great for hunting boots especially if you’ll be carrying a heavy pack or any gear with you. After I put these in my Merrell Moab 3’s, I got a Grangers kit for cleaning and reconditioning and waterproofing. Boots are better than brand new now."

Very comfortable, and makes all

"Very comfortable, and makes all the difference. Using more for long work days (work on my feet for a lot of hours), and walks, but looking forward to trying them on a hike soon!"

Superfeet

"I use the hike insoles and the arch support. I’ve used them for six years now exclusively on patrol and for my running shoes. I’m not one for the magic pill to cure your ailment and that’s why I didn’t do a review earlier. Six years in and I can safely say your knees and lower back will thank you."

Joseph P. (5/5)

They seem to have given

"They seem to have given new live to a pair of boots. I haven’t used them much, but I’d do it again."

Good Support Take Up A Lot of Room

"I bought these for my Crispi Briksdal Pros. I have used them on multiple elk and deer hunts and they make a big difference in foot fatigue. If you plan on putting these insoles in your hunting boots, go up a half size so your boots don't fit too snug. They made mine pretty tight. Would recommend if you are going to put on a bunch of miles in steep terrain."

Dominic F. (4/5)

I bought these to replace

"I bought these to replace my custom orthotics due to their durability. I have not been disappointed."

Richard B. (5/5)

Will never use stock insoles again

"Has been a game changer adding to my Danner hiking boots. Adds nice support and bounce when hiking."

Q&A

I bought the trailblazer for hiking. The right one is comfortable with no issues. The left one fits in my shoe with no problem however it makes a popping sound that can also be felt. This occurs every fourth step or so and it’s uncomfortable as well. I have reinserted the insole several times but it does not help. Do you have any ideas?
Hi Nikki, I am sorry to hear your insoles are making a popping noise. I know how embarrassing it can be to walk around with noisy insoles as that has happened to me before, too! The good news is, usually a simple trim can fix it. I understand that sometimes it seems like the insole is a perfect fit in the shoe and doesn't need trimming, but it is important to note that the insole needs to move independently inside the footwear, so it shouldn't be too tight against the inside of the shoe. If they are too long and there is bunching, it could cause a squeak/popping noise. Even just a little hairline trim can help! There should be a small gap of 1 to 2 mm between the Superfeet insole and the end of the footwear. Here is a link to our trimming guide, with a helpful video too: https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/instructions If the sound persists after trimming, you can also try adding some baby powder underneath the insole, or, as strange as it sounds, you can even place a dryer sheet under the Superfeet insole. If this does not work, there is the possibility of a manufacturing defect, which can happen occasionally. In that case, please reach out directly at the link below: https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/contact-us
Which insole would be best for ski boots?
Hi Mark, If your ski boots are roomy, I recommend GREEN. GREEN is a heavy-duty insole that offers legendary support and shock-absorption. It features a high-density foam layer that supports and cushions the foot and a deep heel cup sculpted for comfort and pain relief. This insole has a max thickness and high arch profile, so it will fit best in roomy footwear or shoes with removable insoles. If your ski boots are tighter-fitting, I recommend BLACK. BLACK provides a low profile shape but has the added benefit of taking up less space in your shoes. The heel cup and high-density foam layer work together to absorb impact, support, and cushion the foot. This is our most flexible, low-volume insole that we carry and could pair nicely in your shoes if they are tight-fitting or do not have removable insoles.
I have the copper in my rubber boots, but am looking to see if there is a better option in my new salomon hiking shoes. I am looking at the trailblazer comfort, blue, or orange, but am unsure which will be best. I am outside most days and on uneven terrain and want to get the best insole for my needs
Hi Brian, I recommend trying TRAILBLAZER, which allows your feet to settle into the insole to prevent blisters and hotspots while navigating uneven terrain. https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/trailblazer-comfort If you feel comfortable doing so, you could try going to a store that carries our product to test out a demo or two to see what insole feels the best for you and your footwear. The store locator tool is a great resource to see what’s close to you by typing in your zip code. https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/store-locator/
Can these be used in water shoes? If not what Superfeet insole can be used in water shoes?
Hi Bob, I know how important it is to have proper support under your feet, so that your feet feel good! I know how much better I feel when I have proper support in each of my shoes, including the water shoes (like Keen) that I wear to the river. It is fine to fully submerge Superfeet in water, just so long as they properly fit in your shoes according to fit and trim guidelines. To limit premature wear, make sure that after each use you remove the Superfeet from the shoe, rinse the insole free of any debris, and allow the insoles to fully air dry outside of the shoes until their next wear.
How does this insole differ in construction and material from the Run Comfort? It appears to be identical, but with a different branding for application of use?
Hi Greg, The main difference between the two is that TRAILBLAZER features a dual comfort foam that allows your feet to settle into the insole to prevent shifting, hotspots, and blisters. RUN Comfort features a rebounding style of foam that is bouncier and better tuned for running.
