"I’ve been wearing these insoles for a couple of weeks now. The arch support is excellent and provides the solid structure I was looking for, and the top layer is incredibly soft and comfortable against the foot. However, the angle of the heel cup is a little different than what I'm used to, and I'm not entirely in love with it. It shifts my alignment just enough to feel noticeable. Overall, they are a high-quality pair of insoles with great cushioning, but the unique heel shape might not be for everyone."

I’m using running shoes for a gym workout that includes running, but also has a lot of lateral movement (side lunges, lateral squats, side shuffles etc). So I am experiencing some medial knee pain.
