The absolute best insole for my trail running shoes! I have been using them for 2 years now and can't live without. Perfect for marathon and ultra training/racing!! Or, long hiking!

I originally bought the Superfeet Green because I had heard such great things about them. I have high arches and I am a runner. I overpronate and I wear running shoes to help with that, but I tend to get shin splints if I don't have extra arch support, which most inserts that come with sneakers do not supply for me. When I tried the Green insoles, I got a blister on my insole and they didn't give me enough padding for my runs. I needed a little more cusion. After contacting SuperFeet customer service (who are EXCELLENT) the rep I spoke with said she thought that the Green insoles had too aggressive of an arch for me and suggested that I try the Berry insoles and let me exchange my Green ones for free. The Berry insoles still have arch support for medium to high arches, but not quite as high as the Green, and the Berry insoles also have more cushioning under the forefoot. I wore the Berry inserts during the Ragnar Great River Relay this weekend, where I ran over 13 miles. No blisters, no pain, no shin splints...just excellent support!

Im a guy and have been wearing berry for three years, it cups my feet perfeclty and has added a lot of stability. Don't let the gender specificity fool you, it works for men just as well!!

After living in a boot for 8 weeks because of a double stress fracture and partially torn ligament in my ankle, I went to a local running store for shoe help. They fit me with a new pair of shoes but they also had me try the berry inserts. I immediately felt more stable (I'd lost a lot of muscle mass in my calf). I walked out of the store wearing them in my new shoes. I will be purchasing more of these for my other types of shoes.

I had pain in the ball of my left foot so I bought these. Just ran a half marathon and my feet are doing great.

I had been using the blues for a couple years and was happy. pink is comfy too, if you can get them in the darn shoe, but there is a sticky part on the ball of the insole that makes it impossible to slide into tall boots. really frustrating.

Been using Superfeet for years. Love them. My only complaint about this one? Why is the women's insole $5 more than the rest?

I had an ankle/foot injury recently and though it has generally healed, began having pain in the inside middle part of my foot. It was very painful and made it difficult to walk. I googled stores nearby that sold these insoles as I had heard Superfeet were awesome. I tried all the different insoles at the store, and was instantly hooked on the berry. They provide extra support in the arch area, while also providing a cushion for the ball of the foot. I immediately put them in my tennis shoes as soon as I left the store (in the parking lot - the pain in my foot was that bad) and after walking in them for about a half hour, the pain has gone away. Am hopeful I will be able to enjoy the rest of the week without the excruciating pain. Thanks for a great product!

Good except I need a stiffer sole for my neuroma. I prefer the Black, Blue or Green insoles with plastic under the ball of my foot.

these have become essential in hiking shoes - I have one very weak ankle and I roll it over far less now that I have proper heel support. I will never do any intense walking again without them. The cushioning is spot-on too.

I am in love with these! I was having foot trouble went to my local running store and was introduced to these babies!! I have never looked back, I love them!

I tried these on as well as the 'green'. I have a narrow foot with a high arch and wear a size 10. These fit my heal and the arch hit in the right spot on my foot. However, since I have a high arch, the arch of the insert wasn't even touching my foot. I tried on the Green and the arch support was high and felt great, but the heal cup was too wide for my foot and the arch didn't line up with my arch...it was more towards the front of my foot. I wish SuperFeet would make the Berry for women with high arches too, because none of their products work for my feet.

I have tried just about every insole that's sold in stores, and none of them have ever helped my foot pain. I have med-high arches, and would get terrible pain in the heels and balls of my feet whenever I had to stand (like working a retail job, or even shopping for a couple hours). I thought my only option would be to get custom insoles from a podiatrist, but these insoles have seriously been a miracle. I can stand for 8 hours straight, and have no foot pain at the end of the day. And not only that, but I find my knees and back don't ache like they used to.

I tried the green insoles first, but found they didn't feel quite right. Exchanged them (very easily!) for these Berry insoles and my feet feel so great. I seriously can't say enough good things about them.

Superfeet Footwear Sizing Guide

There is no industry standard for footwear sizes. For example, a size 8 by one footwear manufacturer might be different from a size 8 produced by another. That's why Superfeet makes full-length insoles in size ranges (typically spanning 1½ sizes) to handle the variations. You may need to trim your insoles to fit in your footwear.

What to look for in a proper fit:

  • Check if your heel fits inside the heel cup, and not over the edge.
  • If the insole is too narrow, go up a letter-size.
  • If your toes extend beyond the end of the foam forefoot, go up a letter-size.
