Worn for 25 Years

"I started wearing Superfeet just over 25 years ago -- then it was the Berry, the Green and what is now called Casual Women's Easyfit (great for inexpensive low heeled or flat shoes, like ballet-type flats, that lack support). I added the Run Women's Support and Hike Women's Support when Superfeet introduced those 10 or so yrs ago (they seem to be variations on Berry). While I originally wore these mostly for hiking and a little running, I am getting old and decrepit, and now mostly put them in running and trail shoes for walking, though I still occasionally wear hiking boots and put them in those. I went to a podiatrist for the 1st time a couple years ago for a foot problem and he was very approving of my Superfeet insoles; said he highly recommends them. I highly recommend them too. When I was having my foot problems I tried a couple other brands just to make sure I was doing the best for my feet, but nothing was as good as Superfeet on my feet."

YUP, love um. Fit right

"YUP, love um. Fit right into my shoes (2 pair) and give the arch support I need. Only other option are custom, but this is as close as I have found, and a LOT easier and cheaper."

Tarly S. (5/5)

"These inserts have been a life saver for my foot and ankle. Im slowly getting back into running again after an ankle injury, and the extra arch support has made my reentry pain free."

Narrow Heel

"Overall love the support, but the heel cup is too narrow for my foot (W8. 5-9) despite having a slightly narrow foot."

According to both my wife

"According to both my wife and daughter, these insoles are the very best in preventing foot fatigue and they help keep the foot aligned and on an even keel. Also, they are comfortable to wear throughout the day."

Very comfortable when running. I

"Very comfortable when running. I bought this for the support and perhaps better than the sole that comes with my shoe. I run alot and i know Superfeet is a company i can trust because i use them on my work boots too. (danners) Typically their general soles cost about 25$ at the exchange and they are very comfortable. They definitely hold up longer than the soles that come with your shoes. If you run alot and would like soles that support your feet and protect your knees. i would highly recommend them if your shoes are still good condidtion."

Q&A

I wear womens shoes 8, but size up to an 81/2 for running shoes. Should I get the size to fit my 8 foot or the larger size to fit the running shoe?
When it comes to deciding whether to size up or down with our insoles, it is most important that your heel fits properly in the heel cup (without swimming in extra room, and without spilling over the edges), and that you feel the arch shape slightly more towards your heel, and not directly underneath the crest of your arch. I recommend starting with size "D" (Women's 8.5-10) to see how that fits and feels for you. If you order directly from us on Superfeet.com and the insoles don't work out, we would be happy to help with a free return or an exchange, per our 60-day customer satisfaction guarantee. This includes insoles that have been worn and trimmed!
I need an insole that has a stiff and inflexible arch support and a thick area to cushion ball of foot. i'm wondering if the carbon fiber and polymer blend arch support area on the pink RUN comfort runner's insole is stiff enough to support my arch. if not i end up with pain at the arch and the ball of foot.
Hi Kristin, Our insoles that feature a carbon fiber blended heel cap (like RUN Comfort Women's) will feel stiff and supportive under the feet. I’m happy to say that Superfeet has a 60-day satisfaction guarantee that covers trimmed and worn insoles, so if you decide to try these and they don’t end up working out, we are happy to help with a free return or exchange within 60 days.
I wear New Balance 928v3, size 9.5 double wide. I walk, don't run. I have plantar fasciitis and neuropathy, with a fairly high arch. Which insole might be best for my feet? Will a woman's insole be wide enough for that shoe, my foot?
Hi Julia, All our insoles feature the Superfeet shape, which is designed to help with alignment and weight distribution and reduce stress on the plantar fascia to help alleviate some of the pain associated with plantar fasciitis. All our unisex insoles can also accommodate up to EE in width. I recommend looking at ORANGE, which is a pain relief insole that has high arch support and features a thick layer of shock-absorbing foam. These were created with high impact activities in mind and work great for walking. https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/orange I’m happy to say that Superfeet has a 60-day satisfaction guarantee that covers trimmed and worn insoles, so if you decide to try these and they don’t end up working out, we are happy to help with a free return or exchange within 60 days.
I have Morton’s neuroma in my left foot. Insole from podiatrist and Hoka Clifton 7 have helped but still having issues with pain from neuroma which is causing me pain in my knee and hip as a result of not walking properly. Which insole would you recommend? Thank you
Hi Angela, I know how important it is to find a good solution to keep your feet happy. Since I’m not a medical doctor, I can’t say for certain which insoles (if any) will help to rid of that pain. Your best point of contact for specific pain management questions would be your physician or podiatrist. What we at Superfeet can do is recommend insole options for you that are based on your foot shape, footwear, and daily activities. I’d be happy to talk through different options with you, but I’ll need to know a little bit more about you. Please reach back out using the contact form below and let us know a little more about the shoes you plan on using, how those shoes fit, and the activities you most often perform. https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/contact-us
I’ve used the green run comfort insoles for my plantar fasciitis the past 6 months. They worked great but I can tell I’m in need of a new pair. How much narrower are the Run comfort women’s? Not sure which one to get, green or berry. I am an average width, foot size 8 womans.
Hi Jeanette, The RUN Comfort Women's is not signifigantly narrower than the RUN Comfort. The greatest difference that you will find is that RUN Comfort is a high arch support while RUN Comfort Women's is a medium arch support. The RUN Comfort Women's is also designed for the average female foot making the arch length slightly shorter and the heel a little less narrow.
