Sizing Your Superfeet

• Check if your heel fits inside the heel cup and not over the edge.
• If the insole is too narrow, go up a letter-size.
• If your toes extend beyond the end of the foam forefoot, go up a letter-size.
• For 3/4 length products, no need to worry about the length, just check the width.

QUICK TRIM & FIT INSTRUCTIONS

	1: REMOVE - For the best fit, take out the removable insole if there is one.
	2: LINE UP & TRACE - Place the manufacturer's insole on top of the Superfeet, line up both the backs of the heels and the inside the edges, and then use a pen to trace the outline onto the Superfeet. NOTE: If the insole can't be removed, place the footwear on top of the Superfeet and trace an outline around the toe.
	3: TRIM - Cut along the OUTSIDE of the traced line. Don't worry if it's too long, you can always trim a little more.
	4: INSERT & TEST - Put the trimmed Superfeet insole into the shoe.  NOTE: Test to make sure the Superfeet can shift front to back inside about 1/16" or 2mm (about the width of a nickel), so the insole can work with the natural movement of the foot inside the shoe.

If you are not satisfied with your new Superfeet Premium Insoles, return them with your receipt within 60 days to your place of purchase for a credit or refund. Only valid with purchase. How to clean
Hand wash. Air dry. Use an old toothbrush with soft bristles if needed. Rinse well, remove excess water with a soft towel, and allow to air dry – but not near a heat source, like a vent. DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY - the results aren't pretty.

Choisir la bonne taille de Superfeet

• Vérifiez si votre talon se positionne correctement à l'intérieur de la coque talonnière et non sur le bord.

CONSIGNES DE DÉCOUPE ET D'AJUSTEMENT RAPIDES

	1 : RETIREZ - Pour obtenir un meilleur maintien, retirez la semelle intérieure amovible, s'il y en a une.

Nettoyage
Lavez les semelles à la main. Laissez sécher à l'air. Utilisez une vieille brosse à dents à poils souples, si nécessaire. Rincez bien, éliminez l'excès d'eau avec une serviette et laissez sécher à l'air libre, à l'écart de toute source de chaleur, telle qu'une bouche d'aération. NE PAS LAVER À LA MACHINE NI PASSER AU SÈCHE-LINGE – le résultat n'est pas beau à voir.

KURZANLEITUNG ZUM STUTZEN UND ANPASSEN

	1: ENTFERNEN - Falls es eine herausnehmbare Einlage gibt, entfernen Sie diese für die ideale Passform.
	2: AUSRICHTEN UND NACHZIEHEN - Platzieren Sie die Herstellereinlage auf der Superfeet und legen Sie beide Fersenenden sowie die Innenränder der Einlage direkt übereinander. Ziehen Sie dann mithilfe eines Stiftes die Außenlinie der Herstellereinlage nach. HINWEIS: Falls die Einlage nicht entfernt werden kann, platzieren Sie den Schuh auf der Superfeet und ziehen Sie die Außenlinie des Zehenbereichs mit einem Stift nach.
	3: STUTZEN - Schneiden Sie AUSSERHALB der nachgezogenen Linie entlang. Sollte es immer noch zu lang sein, können Sie später noch ein bisschen nachstutzen.
	4: EINLEGEN UND AUSPROBIEREN - Legen Sie die zurechtgeschnittene Superfeet-Einlage in den Schuh. Sachgemäße Reinigung
Von Hand waschen. An der Luft trocknen lassen. Falls erforderlich, verwenden Sie eine alte Zahnbürste mit weichen Borsten. Come misurare la vostra soletta Superfeet

ISTRUZIONI PER TAGLIARE E ADATTARE

	1: RIMUOVI - Per una migliore calzata, estrarre la soletta rimovibile, se presente.
	2: ALLINEA E TRACCIA - Appoggiare la soletta originaria sulla Superfeet; allineare sia le parti posteriori dei talloni che l'interno dei margini, dopodiché con un pennarello tracciare il contorno della Superfeet. NOTA: assicurarsi che la Superfeet possa spostarsi avanti e indietro di circa 2 mm (più o meno quanto una moneta da 10 centesimi di euro), in modo che la soletta accompagni il movimento naturale del piede all'interno della scarpa.

Come pulire la soletta
Lavare a mano. Asciugare all'aria aperta. Se necessario, usare un vecchio spazzolino da denti con setole morbide. Sciacquare bene, rimuovere l'acqua in eccesso con un panno soffice e fare asciugare all'aperto (non vicino a una fonte di calore, quale un calorifero o una bocchetta di ventilazione). La talla de su Superfeet

簡単なトリム＆フィット方法

	1：取り外す 最高のフィット感を得るため、取り外し可能なインソールが付いている場合はそれを取り外してください。
	2：重ねてトレース 靴メーカーのインソールをスーパーフィートのインソールの上に、かかとの後ろとふちの内側を合わせて重ねます。ペンを使って輪郭をスーパーフィートの上にトレースします。 注意：インソールを取り外せない場合は、靴をスーパーフィートの上に重ねて置き、つま先部分の輪郭をトレースします。
	3：トリム トレースした線の外側に沿ってカットします。長すぎても気にすることはありません。いつでも少しカットすることにより調整できます。
	4：挿入＆試着 トリミングしたスーパーフィートのインソールを靴に入れます。 注意：靴の中の足の自然な動きに合わせてインソールが動くよう、スーパーフィートが靴の中で2ミリ前後（約1/16インチ）前後に動くことを確認してください。
