Reviews

improved my hike!

"I have a lot of trouble with finding shoes that fit. these insoles made a pair of boots that were almost perfect absolutely perfect. Gave me enough support in my arch without creating extra pressure on my instep and provided just enough padding for my heel."

— Leann U. (5/5)

Great support, I had the

"Great support, I had the beginning symptoms of plantar faciaitis, these gave me enough support for the facia to relax and heal. worked great for both my shoes, working 8hr shifts on concrete, and my hiking boots."

— Kelly C. (5/5)

Super comfortable!

"I suffer from plantar fasciitis so insoles are a must. These were super comfortable from the get go. I have used a different model for hiking in the past but I like these better. Still stiff but somehow flexible too! I couldn’t even tell I was wearing them."

— Jill O. (5/5)

Orthotics

"I normally need my Orthotics but these are exceptionally comfortable and supportive without having to wear anything else."

— Cheryl G. (5/5)

Best inserts

"these are the best insoles for the price"

— Robin L. (5/5)

Love these insoles

"great support and really comfy - still my favorite insoles I keep two pairs - one for hiking and the other for daily use."

— Lori H. (5/5)

These made a huge difference

"These made a huge difference and saved my feet during long hikes! My plantar fasciitis is pretty much gone!"

— Isabelle K. (5/5)

You need half a size bigger shoes to make them work

"I want to love them because they are good but now I need half a size up shoes because they are so thick. The volume in the shoe has been significantly reduced and now it’s way too tight. So I am saving them for my next pair of hikers."

— Patricia G. (3/5)

functional support

"They are a little fussy to cut to fit. They are easily worth the effort for walking hiking or standing"

— Ralph B. (5/5)

Great!

"Took these to hike 30+ miles through the Sawtooth Wilderness in Idaho. They helped ease my pre-existing foot pain in the arch of my left foot and didn't result in more pain. I didn't even have to cut them to fit them into my boots, but that was a lucky moment. I'm thinking about buying ones more specific to running."

Q&A

Hi. I've been recommended your insoles for inline skating. Which type would you recommend?: For inline skating, check out CARBON Pro Hockey and HOCKEY Comfort. CARBON Pro Hockey is a stiffer design that will feel more present and is a better option if optimal performance is most important to you. The carbon fiber heel cap is responsive (stiff and supportive) and is engineered for better energy transfer. https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/carbon-pro-hockey HOCKEY Comfort is adaptive (flexible and soft) and geared more toward those who value comfort most. Both options have a perforated forefoot to help with air circulation inside of your skates and a comfort foam for cushion. https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/hockey-comfort
Hi I have these in my walking shoes for the Camino. I find the balls of my feet are very sore. Are there any others that might be better? Thanks: Hi Amanda, I recommend looking at ORANGE and BERRY. These insoles have the most amount of forefoot cushioning we offer, and they work great for high impact activities like walking/hiking. The main difference between the two is that BERRY's heel cup is narrower, and the arch length is shorter (heel to toe) to better fit the proportions of the female foot. https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/orange https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/berry Because personal preference should always be the deciding factor, we do recommend checking out a local retailer that carries our products to try out different insoles first. Can these be used for running as well as hiking?: Hi Connie, I recommend looking at RUN Comfort Women's, which is very similar to TRAILBLAZER Comfort Women's. The main difference between the two is that TRAILBLAZER features a dual comfort foam that allows your feet to settle into the insole to prevent shifting, hotspots, and blisters. RUN Comfort features a rebounding style of foam that is bouncier and better tuned for running. https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/run-comfort-women
Hello. My hiking shoes are 10.5 although my street shoes are size 10. Should I order a 10.5-12 insole? Does that mean I would need to trim it? Or should I order the smaller size that goes up to size 10? Thanks.: Hi Linda, When it comes to deciding whether to size up or down with our insoles, it is most important that your heel fits properly in the heel cup (without swimming in extra room, and without spilling over the edges), and that you feel the arch shape slightly more towards your heel, and not directly underneath the crest of your arch. If you are on the cusp of the next size, sizing up could move the arch into a more comfortable position. I recommend going to a store near you that carries Superfeet to try the different sizes on in-person to see how they fit.
