"I have plantar fasciitis, and I am using these in my Altras still on the fence about these inserts I don’t have a lot of pain when I use them, but I also don’t feel like they are giving me enough arch support, but I have bought super feetinserts with arch support and they are uncomfortable. These I can tolerate I ended up returning the ones with arch support. I would like an insert like this with a little more cushioning maybe?"
"My junior high son was having heel pain after football practices. Decided to try the cleat insoles and pair them with these to go in his sneakers. Seems to have helped the issue. Both the factory insoles for the sneakers and cleats were flat and offered no support after only a few months. These insoles seem much higher quality and will hopefully last a while. However, the angle of the heel cup is a little different than what I'm used to, and I'm not entirely in love with it. It shifts my alignment just enough to feel noticeable. Overall, they are a high-quality pair of insoles with great cushioning, but the unique heel shape might not be for everyone."
