Our insoles are trim-to-fit, so if you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing half a size up.

"I love superfeet. I thought I'd try out this new memory foam version, but definitely not happy with these. They feel like how gel insoles do. It feels like a lump of gel that pushes into the heel rather than actual foam you sink into. Go with a different version insole. This one is disappointing."
"I bought these for my Ariat steel toe work boots (Size 10. 5) to replace the manufacturers since I have a tendency to develop problems with my shins/feet if I dont have good support. Not only did they fit perfectly inside the boot with no modifications, but they are incredibly comfortable to walk in on an average of 1-3 miles a day. I have been using them a little over a month now and will buy another pair whenever these wear out or I need new boots. Highly Recommend!"
"I've bought different pairs superfeets insoles and both we're very uncomfortable. The memory foam work insouls have very little actual memory foam in them, and the rest of the foam is very stiff and uncomfortable. They do not work well in work boots; much better for tennis shoes."
