I placed one set in my Brookes running shoes and I placed the other set in my Lowe hiking boots. I have delt with some pretty painful bouts of Planter Fasciitis and after that initial couple of days my pain has completely subsided and both the boots and running shoes are some comfortable to wear for long periods of time now.
