They seem to do the job

"I put these through a challenging trail run just to get them flexing under rocks to see if they were worthy. I think they are. Right out of the box compared to stock inserts they are very well made and purpose built. It comes with a little half moon puck that I think goes under the insole to provide more support but I left them out. During the run my feet felt great. After they felt great as well with no pain. I don't have a bunch of foot pain generally but I do feel like these would help. My personal opinion would be if you have foot pain to get your gait and feet analyzed and get shoes that are fit for you. Then you can throw these in if your still getting pain. I think that combination is going to make running more enjoyable. With that said, these feel similar to the superfeet running support for me. I think you also need to test them out to see which one is best for your foot."

I have used SuperFeet insoles

"I have used SuperFeet insoles for years and was excited to try these in my Topos, which have a wide toe box. These seemed to place the arch too far back on my foot, into my heel, making them too painful to wear. I have trimmed quite a bit off the toe to shift the arch into a more natural place. I will keep my fingers and toes crossed."

Wendy N. (2/5)

Comfortable Insert

"Comfortable insert. Similar in comfort to their other products. I will like go with the high step run insert instead of this product. The removable heel cup is an unnecessary complication in my opinion."

I recently moved from a

"I recently moved from a very flat area to an area with hills and was noticing pain in and in my feet with a steep angles. I noticed an immediate improvement with the Superfeet and I’m now walking four times the distance that I was able to."

Arch support doesn't have to cost as much as you think.

"Recently I started having arch pain and saw a PA at UW Hospital to diagnose and start a treatment plan for the pain. She sent me information on how to treat and about orthotic inserts and the cost associated with custom orthotics. The cost, (not covered by insurance,) was ridiculous. Looking at Superfeet I researched all of their products and settled on three different insoles and couldn't be happier. order the size you wear and you won't be disappointed in their products. I walk eighteen holes two to three times a week in an uphill downhill golf course in the area and when I get off the course there's little to no pain."

So far amazing! These insoles

"So far amazing! These insoles really do make an incredible difference and have almost completely eliminated the plantar fasciitis pain I would start to have into mile 3 or 4 on my training runsz. Highly recommend!"

Blaise D. (5/5)

Better than expeced

"I walk a lot and have had plantar fasciitis in the past. I recently started getting foot pain and decided to purchase the Superfeet "Run Pain Relief" inserts and have been using them for a couple of weeks. Comfort significantly improved and foot pain is gone. I also bought a pair for my wife. . . she's a nurse and on her feet a lot and she mentioned these help her and her feet don't feel as tired at the end of the day."

George F. (5/5)

Heel/ plantar fascia pain

"I have worn these to play golf, work, and walk and so far my heel pain is far better than prior using other insoles."

Billy S. (5/5)

One way trip to the doctor

"I was initially excited about the technology and use during training. However, that quickly dissipated as I began to experience inflammation throughout the bottom of my feet. This took me off my training cycle for a week to recover and I returned to my standard insoles (not Superfeet) with no ongoing issues. Save your money"

"Great product that really helped with my foot pains."

Q&A

How high / (mm.s ) is the heel cup stabilizer?
Hi Julie, RUN Pain Relief has a heel cup thickness of about 6.1 mm.
Trying to figure out which insole would help me with hallux rigidus. I have significant pain at my first metatarsal head and the steroid shot did not work and I can barely walk some days. Thank you!
Hi Lisa, I know how important it is to find a good solution to keep your feet happy. Since I’m not a medical doctor, I can’t say for certain which insoles (if any) will help to rid of that pain. Your best point of contact for specific pain management questions would be your physician or podiatrist. What we at Superfeet can do is recommend insole options for you that are based on your foot shape, footwear, and daily activities. I’d be happy to talk through different options with you, but I’ll need to know a little bit more about you. Please reach back out using the contact form below and let us know a little more about the shoes you plan on using, how those shoes fit, and the activities you most often perform. superfeet.com/en-us/contact-us
How thick are these insoles in the heal?
Hi Boscom, RUN Pain Relief measures approximately 6mm thick in the heel. This is an unweighted measurement and can change once pressure is applied. If you have any other questions, please reach out to us at the link below: superfeet.com/en-us/contact-us
are these washable?
Hi Jackie, It’s a good idea to clean your Superfeet insoles occasionally. You'll want to handwash with mild soap and lukewarm water. Use an old toothbrush with soft bristles if needed for those harder stains. Rinse well, remove excess water with a soft towel and allow to air dry, but not near a heat source. Never machine wash or dry to clean your Superfeet.
Why don't you have these in a men's 13.5-15?
Hi Hunter, I understand how disappointing it is that we don't offer RUN Pain Relief in size "G" for customers who have larger feet and are looking for a pain-relief specific insole. I am glad that you wrote in to us so I can pass along your feedback to our Production team so they are aware that making these specific insoles in a larger size is something that customers want.
