"I'm sorry to give this review but I have to be honest. I spent 55 dollars on these inserts and they came pretty quickly. The very same day input these inserts in my feet were screaming at the end of the day. I wear steel toes 9 hrs a day sometimes more on concrete and some rubber mats. The second day wasn't much better. The third day I put my Dr Scholls inserts in on top of superfeet inserts and my feet felt better but still hurt. I made an appt with good feet store and am going on Saturday. Feet were better fourth day. I have still another day to complete my work week."
