What is the difference between colors I have flat feet arch supports hurt I am on my feet all day and am ina lot of pain.I where vans shoes because they are flat but they don't give me the support I need: Knowing your feet have a lower arch is a good place to start, but finding a great fit will come down to several factors rather than arch type alone. I have plantar fasciitis and my podiatrist recommended the Berry , Black or Copper inserts. I chose the Berry and they seem to be helping but I am noticing new soreness at area of my 5th metatarsal.
