Reviews

I put these in all

"I put these in all of my duty boots. They provide excellent support and provide even greater stability. I have a very thin foot and normally have to pull the laces tight on my boots which kind of deforms them a little. These insoles are pretty thick, yet they feel great under your foot."

Hike Cushion vs Hike Support

"The Hike Support and Hike Cushion are both needed but for different purposes and are appropriately names for what you're looking for. If you need more cushion in your shoes or boots, go with the cushion. If you want more support, go with the support insoles. If you don't need either, the cushion will enhance the cushioning in your boots and the support will enhance the support of your stiff boots. I will say that the Hike support cushion overall is thicker than the cushion ones. Also, the hike cushion and run cushion are not the same. The orange foam is thicker in the toe area and thinner in the heel for the hike cushion, the run cushion is opposite (thicker heel, thinner toe)."

Worth Every Penny

"They are the most amazing foot pads that I have ever used in a shoe. I work on my feet regularly and these things are still holding up. Eliminated my foot and back pain. Absolutely fantastic and worth the high price. Must buy for hiking shoes and work shoes!!"

Michael G. (5/5)

i put these insoles in

"i put these insoles in new boots with stiff insoles. hiking in them without insoles nearly wrecked my feet. after switching the insoles i was able to hike several miles with endless comfort!"

Chris M. (5/5)

I was a PowerStep guy

"I was a PowerStep guy for more than 10 years. I have made the switch Superfeet in all my shoes. The insoles provide excellent support for my relatively high arches, and the Superfeet are more comfortable."

George M. (5/5)

Reliable, well functioning insole that

"Reliable, well functioning insole that I have used for years when backpacking. Provides better arch support than most of the vendor provided insoles."

James M. (5/5)

Great Support with extra cushioning

"I have been looking for an insole that would provide me with both support and extra cushioning for my hiking shoes. This product meets both needs. I am very happy with it."

John P. (5/5)

These have been great, I

"These have been great, I use them in my hiking boots and have no issues so far. From beginner to pro, everyone should invest in protecting their feet and joints and these have helped at every turn on the trail."

Joshua Z. (4/5)

Great for long distance hiking and backpacking

"Without these insoles, my max is around 6 to 7 miles. With these insoles in my hiking boots, I can go up to 12 miles with no foot issues at all. They were the perfect size for my shoes. I didn’t need to trim any off and I didn’t need to take time for my feet to get used to them. I just put them in my boots and go. I’ll never hike without them now."

Mary R. (5/5)

Lifesaver!!

"I will be getting another pair. they helped me enjoy a pair of boots I was initially excited for that weren't comfortable after break in but were once I added these insoles"

Q&A

Are these good for around 5 miles trail running? I’m 6ft tall 180 lbs male and use trail running shoes. If not what do you recommend?
ADAPT Hike Max is a great option for trail running! Superfeet has a 60-day customer satisfaction guarantee, so if you decide to try these and they don’t end up working out, we are happy to help with a free return or exchange within 60 days (includes trimmed/worn insoles).
I’m 235lbs female doing a 4 day backpacking trip and my feet are always super sore and tired after a long hike. I wear Altra Lone Peak trail runners, are these a good option? TIA!
Hi Mary, ADAPT Hike Max is a great way to add comfort and support to your Altra Lone Peak trail runners. They are an adaptive insole, meaning they are more flexible and accommodating when compared to our other hiking-specific TRAILBLAZER insoles. https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/adapt-hike-max If you decide to try these and they don’t end up working out, we are happy to help with a free return or exchange within 60 days. This includes insoles that have been trimmed and worn!
How do you size these?
Hi Karla, Superfeet are trimmable insoles that are sold in size ranges. Check out "sizing and trimming" on our FAQ's page! https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/faq
I have the green insoles in my old school, Italian leather hiking boots. But think the insoles raises my heel enough so it slips a lot. Is there an insole that will allow my heel to sit lower in the boot so the boot will fit more as it was designed?
Hi Jack, FLEXthin is one of our lowest volume full-length insoles we sell. They are ultra lightweight and have a perforated forefoot to help with air circulation, and work great for hiking. https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/flexthin If you decide to try these and they don't end up working out, we would be happy to help with a free return or exchange per our 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
Would the Adapt Hike Max be comparable to the Trailblazers as far as keeping your foot from sliding inside the boot?
Hi Erick, Both the ADAPT Hike Max and TRAILBLAZER insoles feature a dual comfort foam layer and were created with hiking in mind to help stabilize your feet on uneven ground. ADAPT Hike Max has a responsive forefoot zone and energizing heel cushion that add additional grip to the insoles and help with that locked-in feeling on steep terrain. I’m happy to say that Superfeet has a 60-day satisfaction guarantee that covers trimmed and worn insoles, so if you decide to try these and they don’t end up working out, we are happy to help with a free return or exchange within 60 days.
