Great arch support
"These insoles work great for arch supports but the padding is very thick. If your shoes are a size too big it won’t be a problem but if they fit just right they will be to tight. I cut the toe end off to give my toes back the space they needed. I would prefer to have insoles just for arch supports not for added performance like running."
Excellent insole for running and everyday
"I like these insoles way better than the traditional Superfeet. They're very comfortable for running and all-day wear. I use zero drop shoes, but they don't add a significant lift in the heel, thankfully. I have neuromas, so I also place a metatarsal pad under my toes and everything still feels properly balanced and supported. I plan to continue buying these!!"

"I love my superfeet insoles. They take some time to break in but once your feet get used to them they are great. My feet did have to get used to them, initially they hurt and I could only go for walks in them. Eventually I worked up to running in them and now they’re in all my shoes. I was dealing with some ankle pain and having proper arch support while running has made all the difference!"
