"Even with max cushion shoes, the right ball and socket big toe joint aches a bit. I've used Superfeet previously for support (injury issue) but never for cushion. While they don't feel super cushy out of the box, you can really feel their value once you install and go for a run. These are great for anyone who spends time on their feet, running, hiking, etc."

Perfect in Blundstones
"These were a great addition to my Blundstone boots. I wanted something low volume to add some extra support and cushion. These were easy to trim and fit into the boot. They took up just a little more space than the original insoles, but not enough to make the fit feel tight. If you are close to needing to size up, these might push you over the edge, but my boots were a bit roomy to begin with. I’ll often wear these boots + insoles when traveling and walking 15-20k steps a day on pavement or cobblestones, and this helps with foot fatigue at the end of the day. Absolutely pleased with these!"

- I wear a New Balance Women's size 8.5 sometimes a 9 if the shoe runs small and a Hoka size 8 (all Hoka's are a size 8) and an Altra size 8 or 8.5 depending on the shoe. What size insole should I order in the run adapt?
- Hi Kristy, It is most important that your heel fits properly in the heel cup (without swimming in extra room, and without spilling over the edges), and that you feel the arch shape slightly more towards your heel, and not directly underneath the crest of your arch. If you are on the cusp of the next size, sizing up could move the arch into a more comfortable position. I recommend going to a store near you that carries Superfeet to try the different sizes on in person.
