Best insoles I’ve tried

"I have flat feet and have tried dozens of custom and over-the-counter insoles and orthotics over the last 30 years. These are the best I’ve tried and I highly recommend them. They are a good balance of cushion and support without being too bulky. They have worked for me in every variety of boot, approach shoe, running shoe, and casual shoe. They are a little too thick for a dress shoe but I use them in everything else. They are not quite as durable as others I’ve tried but I’m usually able to get close to a year out of a pair."

I wear Brooks GTS 19 in size 6.5. I took the sole finder quiz and it recommends to go with Adapt Run. What size insoles would you recommend for walking purposes. Hi - I’m new to ordering insoles but have had foot pain and my PT suggested unsolved. If I’m a size 8 what is the best size insole to order?: Hi Sarah, I recommend ordering Superfeet size "C", which fits US Women's size range 6.5-8.
I wear a New Balance Women's size 8.5 sometimes a 9 if the shoe runs small and a Hoka size 8 (all Hoka's are a size 8) and an Altra size 8 or 8.5 depending on the shoe. What size insole should I order in the run adapt?: Hi Kristy, It is most important that your heel fits properly in the heel cup (without swimming in extra room, and without spilling over the edges), and that you feel the arch shape slightly more towards your heel, and not directly underneath the crest of your arch. If you are on the cusp of the next size, sizing up could move the arch into a more comfortable position. I recommend going to a store near you that carries Superfeet to try the different sizes on in person.
